E-mails include Outlook calendar attachments for synchronizing to Outlook calendars & PDAs/Blackberries. Clients can also log in at any time to see their current appointments and print them. 

2 - Personalized Web Address
Your business gets a Web address (URL) with your business name such as: citydental.appointmentsonline.ca or drsmith.appointmentsonline.ca.

You also get one free e‑mail address such as: citydental@appointmentsonline.ca. This email address will deliver e-mails to your regular e-mail address with your current internet service provider. Full featured email accounts are also available, see our optional features section.

3 - Web site
Use one of our standard Web site templates to promote your business on the Web. It also links your clients directly to your appointment booking page. Clients get to it using your personalized web address shown above. Use of this web site is not required in order to use the scheduling system.
